Geoid computation using Ring Integration Method at UNB (1992)

Geoid computation by Ring Integration Method was introduced by AHH Kearsley of UNSW in mid-80s. In UNB a MSc thesis on such topic has been worked and submitted by Tsen in 1992.

Land Surveying in 18th & 19 Century (Dublin) 2011

A PhD thesis entitled “Land surveying in 18^th and early 19^th - Century Dublin” was written by Finnian O’Cionnaithmm at Dept of History, National U of Ireland. The thesis examined in April 2011 and was about 400 pages long. The research examined in detail the history and also include technology, methods, processes and cartographic style of Dublin’s land surveyors. 

The period covered by this research, 1690-1810, was a time of transformation in the surveying profession.
