IAG 146 Refag Luxembourg 2014 (2017)


IAG 146 "REFAG 2014" is the latest IAG Symposia proceedings published recently by Springer. It is the proceedings of the IAG Commission 1 Symposium held in Luxembourg in October 2014. The proceedings was edited by Tonie van Dam from University of Luxembourg. Series editor was Rizos (UNSW) and Pascal Willis as Associate Editor. REFAG stands for Reference Frames for Applications in Geoscience.

There were six sessions covered in the symposium;
  1. Theory and concepts (Zuheir Altamimi)
  2. Geodetic measurement techniques (Tom Herring)
  3. Regional reference frames (Richard Wonnacott)
  4. Celestial to terrestrial frames transformations (Johannes Boehm)
  5. Usage and applications of reference frames in Geosciences (Tonie van Dam)
  6. Georeferencing in practice (Mikael Lilje)
