Selain perancang bandar ada satu lagi subjek sokongan yang perlu diikuti iaitu penilaian hartanah. Subjek dikendalikan oleh MHAH dari jabatan pht utm. Subjek ini juga tiada masalah - kuliahnya berjalan lancar, kandungannya datang dari buku teks, Yang perlu cuma rajin membaca, mengambil dan mencatat nota maka pasti boleh lulus.
